PLAN OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY:
I love to journal any thoughts, ideas & plans at the end of each day onto a piece of paper, this just helps my brain reset and clears it so I can rest fully. I’ll then organise my following day with everything I need/want to get done✍🏼

HAVE AN EVERYTHING SHOWER:
I love taking the time to light a candle, taking my time to have a full body reset in a bubble bath or warm shower. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have time to do this all the time, but when I do it’s resets my nervous system and I have the BEST sleep afterwards🫧

FRESH PJ’S & WATCH MY FAVOURITE SHOW:
It’s my favourite step in the evening to change into a fresh set of pyjamas! I’ll then pop on a show that I’m currently watching or read a book and this just calms my nervous system and is much better for my mind than doom scrolling or spending hours on TikTok (which I’m guilty for🫠)

Everybody relaxes in their own ways, but hopefully even if this helps just one person if they are struggling to know what to do to switch off of an evening🧸
