Protect your nails 💅🏻

* Wear rubber gloves when using cleaning products or washing up for long periods.
* Avoid prolonged soaking in hot water, such as long baths or hot tubs, as this can weaken the bond over time.
* Don’t pick, bite, or peel at the BIAB if it starts to lift.

If a nail chips or lifts

* Don’t try to glue it back down or peel it off.
* Book a repair as soon as you can. Moisture getting underneath lifted product can increase the risk of nail problems.

Maintenance

* Most people need an infill or fresh BIAB application every 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly their nails grow and how much wear they get.
* If you decide to remove BIAB, have it professionally removed or follow the correct removal method for your specific product rather than peeling it off, as peeling can damage your natural nails.

Healthy nail habits

* Keep nails at a practical length if you’re very hands-on at work or in the gym.
* Maintain a balanced diet with enough protein, vitamins, and minerals to support healthy nail growth.

When you push yourself out of your comfort zone 🌈

Here’s what works best: 👚👗👕🩳

* A loose black T-shirt dress or maxi dress – One of the easiest and most comfortable options.
* Oversized T-shirt with loose shorts or joggers – Make sure nothing is tight around the waist or legs.
* A loose zip-up hoodie or button-up shirt if it’s cool outside (avoid pulling tight tops over your head if possible).
* Dark flip-flops or slides instead of socks and sneakers, since socks can leave marks.
