I did film myself doing this makeup but it was really rubbish and I’m on holiday and didn’t want to spend hours editing to be honest!
I really love these beauties from delilah. British,Vegan and cruelty free they align with my values.
I also love them because they are SO wearable. They’re for everyone and really easy to use. I’ve lost my love of certain other brands for being all gimmicky and just not that good despite the hype around them.
Anyway… back to delilah … I took these 4 essentials on holiday with me.
The Skin tint in “Amber”
Eyeshadow Pallete in “Venus”
Brow shape in “ Sable”
Illuminating blush in “Lustre”
The skin tint just gives a pretty bronzed glow to my skin. Imagine a tinted moisturiser with shimmer.
Brow shape… like a mini mascara for the brows.. I’m using this instead of having my brows dyed. It colours the grey or invisible hairs so my brows look more .. there!
Venus eyeshadow pallete. A lovely combo of matte and glittery shadows that can be used for day and then glitz up for a fancy evening out!
illuminating blush.. a combo of highlighter and blush really. I’m now tanned so Ive used it as highlighter.
Everyone deserves to feel amazing on their wedding day.
These two wonderful grooms tied the knot at Hedingham Castle, and I was honoured to be part of their morning.
Yes… I do makeup for grooms too.
This isn’t about looking “made up.” It’s about looking fresh, confident and feeling your absolute best in front of the camera. A little skin preparation, reducing shine, evening out skin tone and covering the odd blemish can make all the difference—while still looking completely natural.

Absolutely GORGEOUS Mother of the groom Juliette and family friends had makeup and hair by myself and Jade Parker- Essex bridal hair stylist. What a wonderful morning!
I normally offer cluster lashes to my clients and sometimes they are a little nervous about having lashes applied..but as you can see the lashes give a little vavavoom without feeling uncomfortable. They look pretty and natural and like a slightly enhanced version of your own. You can barely feel them. It makes me really happy when clients are so surprised how good they look and feel.

I went to
Ravenwood Hall Hotel to do Sai’s makeup in early June. Super early start to take into account the “ First Look” with her husband to be. But the girls were on it and ready for us and we had a lovely calm morning and Sai was super chilled.
I kept Sai’s makeup defined but soft and pretty with a matte lip. It was enough to show off her beautiful eyes but not too glam as she is not a regular makeup user.

In June my dear friend Ruth was married at The White Hart Restaurant And Wedding Venue💍🍽️ . I was honoured to be asked to do her Makeup.
I met Ruth 22 years ago, through a playgroup I went to with my very lively 18 month old twin boys. I was sleep deprived, exhausted and felt like I was going crazy. Ruth, an expert in childcare, motherhood and a mum of 4 beautiful boys herself, took me under her wing and I felt totally understood and supported.
Many years later I helped Ruth by doing her makeup for a profile pic on a dating app and that’s where she met her wonderful husband to be. So I’m a bit chuffed I had a tiny part of their love story. 💖💓🩷💋💄👄
Ruth is such a beautiful woman inside and out. She has legendary diplomacy and the kindest heart. I’m so grateful to have her in my life.

I was recommended to Flavia by a couple of people so thankyou to you.. you know who you are. Flavia was married at the most ethereal venue I know. Butley Priory is a breathtaking venue nestled amongst forest, surrounded by wild countryside and near the coast. The light is simply perfect to work in as a makeup artist.
It was a super calm morning, no rushing, plenty of time to stop occasionally and look out of the window at the wildlife going about their day in the grounds. 🦆🦆🦌🦌🦌

When you’re in my makeup chair... please relax, close your eyes and enjoy the moment and the pampering.
It’s hard to do your makeup while you are:
Talking, (everyone seems to always want to chat to the Bride when I start her makeup)
Singing, (yes that’s happened (9)
Texting, Eating, Drinking,
Getting up and down.
These things increase the time needed hugely and we have a schedule to keep to.
If possible switch off devices (or put it down, give to someone?) and concentrate on what we are doing. So just take a deep breath and let me make you feel and look amazing.
A 1 hour time slot can quickly turn into an hour and a half if everyone and their auntie wants to come and chat to you while you have your makeup done.
Ps.. For the record... beautiful Bride in this real was absolutely perfect in every way!
