I just wanted to let everyone know that from the 17th August my availability will be changing. As I’m pursuing my dream career alongside my business.🦷🪥 I will now only be working, Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Because of this, I’ll no longer be using an online booking system. Instead, I’ll be managing all appointments personally, so all appointments will need to be pre-booked in advance.This will help me organise my limited availability and make sure I can accommodate as many of you as possible.

Running a small business isn’t just “doing Aesthetics/lashes/brows all day” — it’s my time, my energy, and my income. So when clients don’t show up or cancel last minute, it’s not just a minor inconvenience… it directly affects my livelihood and I have a little boy this time could be spent on.

I don’t get paid if you don’t show. That slot could have gone to someone else who genuinely wanted and needed the appointment. I prep, I plan, and I turn other people away to hold your space.

Please respect my time the same way you’d expect yours to be respected. If you need to cancel, give enough notice. Emergencies happen — I understand that — but repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations aren’t fair.

I love what I do and I value every single client who supports my business properly. But moving forward, I will be stricter with my cancellation/no-show policy to protect my time and income.
