Second harvest and already learning so much 🌱💚

This is our second batch of microgreens grown using our aquaponic system here in Swansea, and it feels like a small win worth celebrating. Not everything has been perfect (far from it 😅), but that’s the beauty of the journey… learning, adjusting, growing.

From balancing water nutrients to understanding how each microgreen behaves, every tray is teaching us something new. And the best part? Seeing these vibrant, nutrient-packed greens come to life knowing they’re grown sustainably, with minimal waste, and powered by a natural ecosystem.

This is just the beginning. Bigger systems, better yields, and even more powerful superfoods coming soon.
