One thing you’ll never receive from us is a rushed appointment.
Whether you’re having your hair transformed, a bespoke blonde, colour correction, extensions, lip filler, laser hair removal, body sculpting or advanced skin treatments, every service is personalised to you.
Although we allocate appointment times, every client is different. Hair may require extra foils, additional toning or a little more blending. An aesthetic treatment may need extra time to assess facial symmetry, discuss treatment plans or ensure every detail is perfect.
We simply won’t compromise on the quality of your results to keep to the clock.
This does mean that, on occasion, appointments may run slightly behind. If this happens, please know it’s because we’re giving the client before you the same level of care, precision and attention to detail that you’ll receive when it’s your turn.
We know your time is valuable, and we always do our very best to stay on schedule. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when delays happen.
