Since then, I have has enhanced my skills by becoming qualified in pregnancy & post-natal massage, Indian head massage and hot stone massage. * Had a devine massage at The body clinic with Tif to sort out my niggles.
* As it's a long day today, I then treated myself to lunch from Greek Graze.
* Bought a Christmas present from one of my neighbours here.
Please continue to support local businesses at this time of year. You aren't lining the pockets of companies that already make millions, you are contributing to a family that really appreciates it 🥰

The perfect Christmas present for anybody!
OK I did wait until after Halloween and it is only 7ish weeks until the big day!
How about the gift of pain relief, relaxation and some much needed me time. Whether you are stuck what to give someone or you want to start dropping hints (not too subtle though 😉) to your nearest and dearest for them to get you.

Coffee and penguin .... why not 😁
The lovely Nora enjoyed a cuppa and penguin this afternoon whilst it was chucking it down and waiting for her Mum.
If you ever have a lift to your appointment then please let me know and I will happily make the person a tea, coffee or hot chocolate to make sure they can relax downstairs waiting for you 🥰. Just give me a shout so I can put the kettle on for when you get here 😁.
