Firstly, thank you so much for your continued support. Because of you, my business has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I truly appreciate every single one of you.

Many of you know I’ll always do my best to fit everyone in, no matter the day or time. However, I’ve realised that by trying to please everyone, I’ve completely lost my work-life balance. As much as I love what I do, I also need to make time for myself, my family, and life outside of work.

To help with this, I’ve created a new timetable based around my busiest and most popular appointment times, so I can still be as accommodating as possible while creating a healthier balance.

If you need an appointment outside of these hours, I’ll still do my best to accommodate where I can, but there will now be a £10 out-of-hours fee. This simply reflects the extra time taken away from my personal and family time and helps make offering these appointments sustainable.

Any appointments already booked outside of the new opening hours will not be charged the out-of-hours fee.
