Flamingo Bay will be opening slightly later at 10:30am tomorrow, Thursday 20th August, due to an essential computer system update.

We have contacted everyone who was booked in before 10:30am, and all of your minutes are safely on your account ready to use. 💗

Unfortunately, these updates can only be carried out during the company’s working hours, so we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

🌴 Doors open at 10:30am and it’s business as usual from then! 🌴

Please take a moment to read our course expiry information so you don’t lose any of your minutes! 💗
✨ BLOCK COURSES – 12 MONTH EXPIRY ✨
All block course minutes have an expiry period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you do not use your minutes within 12 months, they will automatically be wiped from our system and any remaining minutes will be lost.
Please make sure you use your minutes before they expire! ⏰
💗 UNLIMITED COURSES – PLEASE NOTE 💗
Unlimited courses start from the exact day and time they are purchased.
The day you purchase your course counts as Day 1.
For example:
📅 Purchase a 7 Day Unlimited Course on 11/08/26 at 1pm
➡️ Day 1 = 11/08/26
➡️ Your course will expire on 17/08/26 at 1pm
Your unlimited course therefore runs for 7 consecutive days from the time of purchase.
⚠️ Please remember: Unlimited courses cannot be paused, extended or restarted once purchased.
