Not having her hair coloured for nearly a year. Spending every waking moment putting everyone else before herself.

With the socials, and the media in general pushing products that are ‘sulphate free’ I’m here to explain to you what it is and how it works.

It’s not as simple as everyone does or doesn’t need it.

It’s had benefits and it has downsides (like most things)

I’ve tried to lay it out as easy as possible for you to make a decision.

PLEASE NOTE- sulphate WILL fade coloured hair
