All jokes aside, I genuinely love what I do.
I just wanted to jump on and say thank you to all my girlies for being so patient with me over the years. š¤
A lot of you probably donāt know this because I donāt really talk about it publicly, but I have ADHD. Thereās still so much stigma and misunderstanding around it, and for years I felt like I had to hide parts of myself.
I bet some of you are reading this thinkingā¦ āAhhhā¦ that explains a few things.ā š
For me, this isnāt about labels. Itās about understanding something Iāve struggled with my entire life.
Most people think ADHD just means being āforgetfulā or āeasily distractedāā¦ but thatās honestly only the tip of the iceberg.
It can also look like:
ā¢ Insomnia š“
ā¢ Racing thoughts (and chaotic dreams!)
ā¢ self-esteem? Who is she?!
ā¢ Burnout from constant masking and a different persona for every person in your life
ā¢ Struggling to keep conversations flowing
ā¢ Missing messages, appointments or social cues
ā¢ Time blindness (an absolute nightmare when you run a business š
)
ā¢ Dopamine-seeking habits (shopping, impulsive decisions, conflict, substances, etc.)
ā¢ Noise and light sensitivity
ā¢ Irritability
ā¢ Big emotions
ā¢ A sense of humour šš¤”
And thatās only scratching the surface.
So if Iāve ever taken ages to reply to your DM, forgotten to message back, or seemed like my brain was bufferingā¦ Iām genuinely not ignoring you.

The best conversations usually happen when nobodyās trying to force them.
Some appointments are full of laughter. Some are full of life updates. Some are quiet because thatās exactly whatās needed that day.
Thereās never any pressure to be a certain version of yourself in my chair.
Come as the woman whoās had the best week of her life, the one whoās running on coffee and dry shampoo, or the one whoās just looking forward to a couple of hours where someone is looking after her for a change.
Youāll leave with beautiful hair, of courseā¦ but my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter too.
