We are already half way through the year so I thought now would be the perfect time to reintroduce myself! 💫

My name is Michaela, the hands behind Kalm Therapy. I started my healing business so that I could be present for my son. Navigating motherhood and massage has come with its challenges but both are met with great care, passion and thought.

🌟Fun fact: Kalm Therapy is inspired by the Afrikaans word ‘Kalmeer’ - can you guess what it means? 😉
