We might be in winter weekend hours now but there's still plenty going on a the Wild Spa Wowo.

We highly recommend booking with plenty of notice for weekend sessions.

Two hours still provides lots of lovely spa and lolling around time, especially as the Forest Room is now in 'warm room' mode furnished with comfy cushions and throws and a toasty fire. Nordic and Baby Banya saunas are nice and hot, the cold plunge is still fresh and the wood-fired hot tub is delicious!

The Monthly Women's Circle with Meg M. and Ceci Cecilia Farrell are a slow nurturing delight and proving very popular, with their blend of held space, guided sauna and shared food. Just 4 spaces left for October.

We are thrilled to welcome back Amy sussexsaunahats to lead a hat making session so you can create your very own thermal headware to take home. No sewing experience required and it includes a two hour spa session afterwards to test out your handy work. Would also make a perfect gift for someone (the event and/or the hat!)

On the subject of gifts...but not wanting to mention the C word, we're going with the approaching Yuletide that means the spa is open every day for a couple of weeks in December. These are always very popular, so we recommend booking well in advance.

Finally, if you fancy trying out our textile free sessions, we offer the last session on the second Sunday of every month as an opportunity to share a respectful safe space with other like-minded folks.

In case you're wondering why we do this, we are operating within the natural cycle of daylight to reflect our off grid status and to ensure all guest sessions and set up and close down can be done safely as we move around and to/from the glade.

Still plenty of time to enjoy the spaces, steam and splendid relaxation over the weekends.

Private Hire available during the week during these hours (and sometimes on a Sunday afternoon- ask us!)

Twice a year, we gather at Wild Spa for a day of movement, music, ritual, creativity and rest.

Flow Fest has become a much-loved part of our calendar - a chance to spend time in the woods, discover something new and share the day with good company -with both familiar faces and new friends.

There’s a wonderful range of experiences across SIX ZONES.

You can explore thermal contrast bathing and rituals, movement and bodywork, creative workshops, nature connection, music and shared food around the fire.

You can follow the programme, try something different or simply take the day at your own pace.
