I’ve been busy again in the background learning more baby Craniosacral Therapy techniques to help with breastfeeding issues.

A client today following her reflexology treatment asked if there are points she could do at home. She’s going to try Liver 3 as shown. So what reasons would it be helpful? It’s a great point for relaxation, pain relief and lymphatic drainage! Sounds good eh?
Give it a try. Lovely to do post a shower when moisturising your feet. Gentle pressure and take a few breathes.

Self care and kindness to yourself is easy to forget to do! I write this post today following a wonderful reflexology session with my friend and colleague and sitting outside in the sun on my day off! As a holistic therapist treating others I always remember ‘I can’t give from an empty cup’ so regular reflexology and craniosacral treatments are in my calendar! 💆🦶What do you schedule into your diary for self care and kindness?
