Something new is taking shape at Hidden Garden 👀
We’re creating a new space that will give us even more room to bring people together for:

🧘 Yoga, breathwork & fitness

6 months of The Hidden Garden 🌿
Today marks 6 months since we opened the gates.
What was once an old walled garden where our kids would climb trees has become a place for the community — somewhere to feel welcome, safe and part of something. A place to meet, chat, connect and enjoy.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped bring the garden to life. We see every one of you. ❤️

MEMBER UPDATE
We’re closed tomorrow, Friday, as we get the Hidden Garden ready for SURVIVE THE 5 on Saturday.
But we’ve got a little thank you for our members…
ALL MEMBERS CAN USE THE GARDEN THIS SUNDAY
That includes our Monday–Friday members — so if Friday is usually your last day, you can still come and enjoy the sauna, ice baths and hot tub this Sunday.
