As ever... I'm absolutely miserable at social media 👀
Yet somehow I'm fully booked weeks in advance for colours and doing new colour consultations through word of mouth regardless. 🥹 I'm genuinely so grateful because it really does feel like the world runs solely off social media reels these days, and I'm absolutely pants at it. I actually love making them... I'm just too bloody busy with a fully booked column, two and three-year-old boys that don't do screens, a house to run and a wedding to plan. By the end of the day, my social battery is absolutely fried.
So I've come to the conclusion... I think people just come to see me for the chaos as much as the hair. 🤣 I'll ask if you want a drink 10 times when you don't, then completely forget to offer one when you're gasping. I'll walk across the salon to get something, forget what I went for, then do it another six times. I forget to eat, forget to go to the toilet, forget where I've put my phone... and occasionally I think I forget to breathe when I'm concentrating. 😂
Basically, if you're after an organised, clean-girl aesthetic, polished influencer hairdresser... I'm 100% not your girl. If you're after bloody good hair, a proper laugh, someone who swears like a trooper, does weird s**t and somehow still pulls it all together by the end... I've got you covered. 😂🖤🤍
