A polite but important notice to all clients 🤍

Unfortunately, we’ve seen a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a small business, this has a huge impact on our salon. Every missed appointment is time that has been reserved especially for you and cannot always be filled at short notice.

We completely understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding where possible. However, repeated cancellations and appointments not attended are simply not sustainable for our business.

From 1st September, all appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

•⁠ ⁠Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your appointment.
•⁠ ⁠If you cancel or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠If you need to reschedule with sufficient notice, we’ll happily transfer your deposit to your new appointment.
