I’ve been called inspiring so many times for changing my life over and staring my own business, but honestly… I don’t really see it that way.

I’m just a girl who started something, figured things out as I went, fu**ed up a few times, changed my mind a million times and kept going 😂 (a bit of delusion is also required)

There’s SO much I didn’t know when I started, and there’s still so much I’m learning now.

I think we sometimes make starting something of our own seem way more complicated than it actually is. You don’t need to know everything before you start. You learn as you go.

Whether it’s a beauty business, a side hustle, a completely different career or just something you’ve always wanted to try, you’re never going to feel 100% ready.

Brow artist recognised in UK Top 50 at national awards

Someone pinch me, please. 🥹

From my little room in a basement, to being recognised as one of the UK’s Top 50 in Best for Brows at the The UK Hair and Beauty Awards… I honestly don’t think it has sunk in yet.

Less than a year of doing brows, and somehow my work has made it onto a national stage alongside some incredibly talented artists and businesses across the country. 🫪

This means so much more to me than just an award. It feels like recognition for every late night, every client, every set of brows I’ve mapped, every mistake I’ve learned from, every bit of education I’ve invested in, and every time I chose to keep going when it all felt pointless.

I started with an online course, a big vision and a ridiculous amount of determination. And now, less than a year later, I’m officially Top 50 in the UK. 🤍

I’m incredibly proud of how far Glow Studios has come, and even more excited about where it’s going. 🙌🏼

Can I just say… brow lamination and lash lifts HAVE to be one of the best treatment combos for that low-maintenance, put-together look 🤍

It’s not screaming “I’ve had my brows and lashes done”, but you only need to look once to notice the difference. The brows look fuller, lifted and more defined, while the lashes instantly open up the eyes.
