An incredible 2 days at the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) annual conference. Thank you for the invitation to speak and share the work I’m doing internationally, on menopause care.

It was so inspiring to learning from all the incredible healthcare professionals and here about the extraordinary work they are doing in women’s health. Women are in good hands here!

It was an honor to present menopause care along side two incredible colleagues, Dr Nighat Arif and Dr Sophie Behrman, both equally as passionate about women’s health in their own fields.

To Zara and Jo, the incredible leaders at the Collage of Sexual Health and Reproduction London. You are both a gift to the healthcare profession. Your leadership was inspiring, powerful and must of all… so much fun, looking forward to laughing again together SOON! 🥰

It was so lovely to meet some new faces, and make new connections, looking forward to learning more from you Susanna Unsworth, it’s seems our paths were met to cross 😍.

🎁 What a month of “Menopause” work! 🎁

Delivering sessions, co-creating, presenting, learning, listening and leading. While meeting with colleagues and advocates for women’s health! It’s been inspiring and rewarding!

One thing we all know, no one can do this alone! I am greatful to all on this journey with me, to improve women’s health!

Working with Boden on their Menopause Strategy is an honor, and thank you for the invite to meet , she truly is the definition of a women’s health advocate! To what a pleasure it was to spend the day - back to my roots, in the middle of great London health care providers and to participate in the workshop for Londons women’s health strategy, was superb. To for the wonderful conference, led by , it is always a special space of learning, knowledge, evidence based practice, but most of all, it’s a room of the most beautiful humans, all with the aim to improve women’s health. It was fantastic to meet in person, my colleagues from , where we have completed our studies - postgrad in Menopause Medicine, I loved meeting you all and showcasing together!

And off the go for another year! Eden year 8, Iver starts secondary and Zain year 4… Can we all just slow down with the growing?!
