Welcome to Lush Watford! We are open: Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm! & 11am-5pm on Sunday’s! We invent our own products and fragrances.
We believe in making effective products from fresh, organic* fruit and vegetables, the finest essential oils and safe synthetics. We make them fresh by hand using little or no preservative or packaging, using only vegetarian ingredients, and tell you when they were made. We believe in buying ingredients only from companies that do not commission tests on animals and in testing our products on humans. We believe in happy people making happy soap, putting our faces on our products and making our mums proud. We believe in long candlelit baths, sharing showers, massage, filling the world with perfume and in the right to make mistakes, lose everything and start again. We believe that all people should enjoy freedom of movement across the world. We believe our products are good value, that we should make a profit and that the customer is always right.

Be Somewhere Else. Whether that’s in a bath with a good book; taking some me-time with a facemask and a cuppa; or simply getting outside for some fresh air, we’re encouraging our customers to stop scrolling and be somewhere else instead. We have some updates for you on how the shop will be operating from today.
If you have any questions or concerns we are here to discuss so please get in touch!
✔️ We encourage you to wear a mask if you can to help protect our team and other visitors as we don’t have a way of getting fresh air into our store. We have masks available for you to use! 😷
✔️ We will encourage you to use our hand sanitiser or soap on entering. 🧼
✔️ We are increasing our capacity limit but might still ask you to wait if we get too full. We want everyone who visits to feel comfortable 👌
✔️ We will keep our till screens up for the time being 🛡
☑️ We have testers available and spatulas to showcase our beautiful products safely, please ask us for help to try them! 🥄
❌ Any abuse of our staff or other customers will absolutely not be tolerated.
