I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on something I’m incredibly passionate about, and I’m really excited to be investing in myself and learning more about this next chapter.

After 15+ years working in the brow industry, I know I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that I want to share with other brow professionals.

I love helping people. I love seeing that moment when something clicks and someone suddenly sees what they’re capable of.

But if I’m being completely transparent, I know that I still need support too.

Over the years, I’ve been incredibly lucky to have people who have encouraged me, challenged me, shared their knowledge and helped me see what I couldn’t always see in myself.

And I think that’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about mentorship.

Because the people I choose to learn from aren’t the people who pretend to have everything figured out. They’re the people who are open, honest, willing to keep learning and generous with what they know.

I’ve been lucky enough to receive that support throughout my career, and I think I’m finally ready to be that person for someone else.

And I think that’s one of the reasons I’m so excited about this.

Because you never stop learning.

Brow stylists need brow stylists.
Mentors need mentors.
Coaches need coaches.
And even brow trainers need brow trainers. 🤍

So I’m really looking forward to joining Make Money As A Mentor with Beauty Growth Academy and learning from someone who has already walked a path that I’m now beginning to explore.

I’m excited to see what I can learn, challenge myself and see where this next chapter takes me. ✨

Not just a chair to rent.

I’m looking to connect with the right brow or beauty professional to join me within my established salon in Manvers, Wath upon Dearne, South Yorkshire.

After 15 years of building a loyal client base, I’m looking for someone who can support the growing demand while becoming part of the next chapter.

I’m particularly interested in hearing from experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do and take real pride in their work. In particular, I'd love to connect with therapists offering treatments such as:

• HD Brows or bespoke brow treatments • Lash lifts • Intimate or specialist waxing such as VWax

Although I’m always happy to have a conversation with someone who shares the same values around quality, client care and continual learning.

This would suit someone looking to grow within an established salon environment where collaboration, support and high standards matter.

I’ve realised something this year…

Even when life forces you to slow down, it doesn’t stop you dreaming up new ideas. 😂

My brain has been working overtime… my body just didn’t get the memo!

So although I’ve been away from the salon, I’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes on something that’s been in my head for a long time. And in a funny way, slowing down has helped me get crystal clear on where I want to go next.

Today I finally get to share it…

It's more than somewhere to book appointments or read about training. It's a space where I can begin sharing the approach that's shaped the way I've worked over the last 15 years.

One thing I've learnt is that the most important part of a brow appointment often happens before the treatment even begins.

It happens in the conversation.

A good consultation isn't just about deciding on a shape or colour. It's about understanding the person sitting in front of you, building trust, setting realistic expectations and creating a plan together.
