Connect with nature outdoor yoga class.
We will meet at Wellingborough Redwell Leisure centre car park. Sat 1st at 945am. Depending on how hot it is will decide where we practice as may need shade. So we may move on to a different location nearby. This was originally a free class for my students but I'm opening up to anyone this time due to demand. So I'm asking for a donation and all monies will go to Irchester Animals in need. Great local charity. If you intend to come please message me beforehand so I know who to expect etc. And likewise if you find you can't attend please let me know. Kindest Stevex

Had to re post this as the last one was advertising the old venue. The joys of not being tec savvy lol. Everyone welcome you don't have to be flexible. I keep being told oh I can't do yoga I'm not flexible. It's not a stretching competition. No pressure to perform. No ego in the room. Stevex

Outdoor yoga and coffee social morning Saturday 1st August in Wellingborough. I offered this last time to my Community & gym classes had alot of other people asking to join.
