A small change to my treatment offerings - something good becoming even better!

I wanted to share a small update to one of my treatments…

Many of you know (and love!) the combination of NADA auricular acupuncture and back massage. It’s been a really powerful treatment, especially for relaxation and supporting the nervous system.

However, I’ve been reflecting on how I can make sessions even more effective—and more tailored to each of you.

So, I’m evolving this into a Massage and Acupuncture treatment.

This means your session is no longer limited to a set protocol. Instead, I can fully personalise both the massage and acupuncture to what you need on the day—whether that’s easing tension, reducing stress, improving sleep, or helping you feel more balanced overall.

There are now two options:
• 60 minutes – a focused back massage and acupuncture for £65
• 90 minutes – a full body massage followed by acupuncture for a deeper experience for £85

This is ideal if you:
✨ hold stress or tension in your body
✨ struggle to fully switch off
✨ want to feel better before things become a problem
✨ value regular self-care as part of staying well

For many people, this works best as a monthly treatment—helping you stay balanced, rather than just fixing things when they go wrong.
