I am grateful for all of my reviews but I do love to see an acupuncture for hayfever success story! If you suffer with hayfever you'll knowww the struggle 🤧 But acupuncture can be surprisingly effective as a treatment! (I made a post on how it works last year, so feel free to scroll back for further information on this!) 🐝🌼

The newest location where I am furthering my studies is University College of Osteopathy . I'm always committed to continued professional development and being part of the clinic here has been a great opportunity to work alongside some fantastic healthcare professionals in a modern setting focusing on evidence based healthcare.

A more personal post today, but hopefully an encouraging one! I understand how busy life can be. Mine looks like running a business, studying for my degree, my role as a husband and father of three - but I also try and find time to keep my body and mind healthy, and for me that looks like the gym and Brazilian jiu jitsu. 💪

Having an upcoming competition can really help to push training goals, and while the amount of time available for training will always vary, I pride myself on practicing what I preach and always working hard on strength and discipline!
