The first class is the hardest part, then you’re hooked👀
Reformer feels intimidating from an outsider but it's super friendly for beginners: small classes, a supportive room and no one else caring what you're doing.
Here's how to begin:
✨ New here? Try 3 classes for £40. New things can feel strange at first so give it three goes. By the third, you'll be obsessed, I promise🙏
💙 £15 per class | every class is small, max 5 beds so you’re never on your own.
💛 1:1 & private sessions if you want tailored support or to build your confidence away from a group? DM to enquire.
📚 Beginners Course | learn the correct technique from the start, get the most out of the reformer and deepen your practice so you're using it to its full potential. DM for details.
