Just a little reminder about our cancellation policy 🤍

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Just like a concert ticket, hotel room or restaurant table, if you don’t attend, that time can’t always be filled by someone else.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen, but as a small business, missed appointments have a real impact. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. ❤️
