I've been chatting to some of you in the salon about me holding space for a while now - well I've taken the step and here's my first event 💜 whether I just get 1 booking or 10 I know that those who need it will be there!

August is an extremely busy time of year for our minds, especially for us parents.
We have to juggle so much and we tend to allow ourselves to get stressed and overwhelmed by the kids being off, still needing to work, holidays, housework, uniform shopping - the list goes on and we try to split ourselves into several pieces to beable to accomplish these 'tasks'- that are just a part life!

I'm here to help you fill up your own cup and be present in the moment.
