I might not be the best at social media. I might not always jump on the latest trend. And I certainly didn’t get into laser treatments because I wanted to become a content creator!

I got into this industry because I care about people.

I care about the person who’s nervous about their first appointment. The person who’s spent years feeling self-conscious about their skin or hair. The person who needs to feel safe, understood and never judged.

I care about getting results, being honest about what’s achievable, and making sure you’re treated as a person, not just another appointment in the diary.

And after nearly three decades, I still believe that matters.

So no, I’m not ready to disappear just yet. 😉

There’s still so much I want to share, so much I want to teach, and so many people I want to help.

Because experience matters. Integrity matters. And people will always matter more than algorithms.
