As we head into the colder months, we all know how quickly colds, flu and nasty little viruses can spread! 🤧❄️

As many of you know, we’re currently expecting our little bundle of joy after what has been a very long and emotional journey for us. 🥹🤰🏼❤️ So, at the moment, I really need to do everything I can to protect myself and our precious little miracle.

I completely understand that illnesses happen, and I would never want anyone to feel bad about needing to rearrange. If you’re feeling under the weather, have the sniffles, a cough, or any signs of illness, please just drop me a message before your appointment so we can get you rescheduled. 💌

✨ No cancellation fee will be charged for rearranging due to illness — your health and the health of my little one come first.

Due to the extreme weather expected over the next few days, I understand that childcare arrangements and work commitments may change. If this is likely to affect your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

As many of you know, the salon can become extremely hot during periods of high temperatures.

Any appointment changes made due to the weather on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday will not be subject to our usual deposit or cancellation policy. I will happily reschedule your appointment free of charge

To keep things fair and to protect my time and business, there will now be a 33% charge for any same day cancellations.

If you have a blowdry subscription, the blowdry booked for that appointment will be lost if cancelled on the same day.

Non refundable deposits will also now be required to secure all appointments.

I never want to have to put policies like this in place, but as a small business owner I hope you can understand and respect my time just as I respect yours 🤍
