Thanks for my amazing cut!

It’s taken around two years and I have no regrets at all about growing out my natural silver hair.

It takes a bit of self reflection to realise the level of psychological programming we are all under when it comes to ageing.

I’m 51 and my birthday is soon on the 6th July and I’ll be 52!

I have zero desire to pretend to be anything other than what I am. I have zero desire to chase youth. I’ve had my time and I’m in a new exciting phase of my life.

My wellbeing and health rate more highly on my list as I mature in my years.

This constant chasing of youth I believe is a collective emotional wounding that requires collective healing.

My next milestone is 60 then 70! Why the heck would I want to look anything other than what I really am.

At some point we have to let go of these worldly attachments. As we age we are moving on to a new spiritual phase of our lives. It’s exciting. It’s nothing to hide or feel shameful about.

If you’ve been thinking about doing it but needed that bit of encouragement. This is it.

You won’t look back I promise. I feel nothing but liberated. 😊

Over the years I have planted so many trees and flowers here at Waterloo Therapy Rooms. This year the bamboo almost died as the pots were too small so made these beautiful planters and created this space for us all. He’s just the best 😊

Now clients who come for treatments, therapists who work here and students who come to train have a place to enjoy and relax in breaks 😊

The jasmine flowers are giving out such a beautiful aroma now.

I’ll add some lavender to the collection this week!
