Every single skin imperfection must undergo a rigorous clinical screening process to evaluate its symmetry, borders, and pigmentation patterns.

Only when a lesion is confidently verified as benign will we initiate treatment. If there is ever any diagnostic ambiguity, we pause and discuss external specialist medical referral pathways to ensure your absolute safety.

Once this lesion cleared our safety assessment, we immediately initiated CryoPen® Cryotherapy to begin the removal process ❄️

The CryoPen® utilises an ultra-precise, high-pressure jet of nitrous oxide to deliver extreme sub-zero temperatures directly to the unwanted tissue.

This targeted freezing process crystallises the intracellular fluid, destroying the benign lesion while protecting the surrounding healthy skin.

Over the next few weeks, the treated area will naturally darken, form a protective scab, and detach, allowing smooth, healthy new skin to regenerate entirely from beneath.

Spot a tiny, stubborn white bump that simply won't budge? Meet Milia 🔬

If you've spent months applying exfoliating acids, double cleansing, and buying every "texture-smoothing" serum on the market only to find those tiny, hard white lumps are still sitting under your skin (and showing up under your make-up), this is for you.

Those bumps aren’t standard whiteheads, and no amount of squeezing or skincare will make them vanish.

Here is the medical breakdown of what they are, why they form, and how we safely eradicate them at the clinic 👇🏽

Milia are tiny, completely harmless keratin-filled cysts that sit just beneath the surface of the skin. Keratin is a strong protein naturally found in your skin, hair, and nails.

Unlike an acne spot, a milium does not have a natural pore opening. They form when dead skin cells or natural oils become trapped underneath the epidermal surface and crystallise into a firm, hard ball. It can happen due to genetic skin shedding patterns, using skincare products or eye creams that are far too rich or occlusive for your skin type, or mild skin trauma.

Because there is no natural exit pore, please do not pick, scratch, or try to squeeze these at home ❌

Squeezing will only damage the surrounding skin barrier, cause hyperpigmentation, and risk a painful infection, all while leaving the hard cyst completely untouched.

In the clinic, we perform advanced Milia Extraction. Using a sterile, single-use micro-needle, I create a microscopic, superficial opening in the skin before applying precise, gentle pressure to cleanly lift out the encapsulated keratin core. The process is incredibly quick, virtually painless, and leaves the skin completely smooth with minimal down-time.

Time to call out this behaviour 📢

We see it everywhere on social media: flawless, ultra-crisp lip "after" photos that look completely uniform. But if you start paying close attention to how those results are being presented, you might notice a very specific trend...

If a practitioner only ever posts content where they are holding the chin, pressing the surrounding skin, or framing the lips with their fingers, there is a strong chance you are looking at manipulated results. Least not to mention when the after shows airbrushed make-up covered skin...

Pressing down firmly on the chin or pulling the tissue below the mouth instantly forces the bottom lip to drop and roll outward, creating the illusion of a massive, flat pout that isn't actually there.

Positioning fingers tightly around the corners or the cupid's bow stretches the skin taut, temporarily hiding lumps, smoothing out asymmetry, and making the border look far crisper than it behaves in real life.

I don't do "finger-contoured" illusions. I want my patients to look in their own bathroom mirrors, move their mouths naturally, and completely love what they see without needing a specific photographic angle to justify the result.
