How red should your skin be after microneedling? 👀

The answer is… everyone is different!Redness (erythema) is a completely normal response following microneedling, but not everyone will experience the same level.

Several factors can influence how red your skin becomes, including:
✨ Your skin type and sensitivity
✨ The needle depth used during treatment
✨ The area being treated
✨ Your individual inflammatory response
✨ The condition of your skin before treatment

Some clients leave with a subtle pink glow, while others experience more noticeable redness.
More redness doesn't mean better results! ❤️

Microneedling is about creating controlled micro-injuries to stimulate the skin's natural repair process, encouraging collagen and elastin production.
Redness usually settles within 24–72 hours, although recovery varies.
Remember, every skin is different, and your treatment should always be tailored to YOU. 🤍

📅 Friday 11th December will be our LAST prescription clinic of the year.

📅 Monday 21st December will be our VERY LAST day for anti-wrinkle treatments in 2026!

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER

All clients wishing to have anti-wrinkle treatments MUST attend a prescription consultation beforehand, even if you have previously had treatment with us.

Please don’t leave it until the last minute, as once these prescription clinics are fully booked, we won’t be offering any further appointments until 2027!
