SOUND REFLEXOLOGY:

Had a really interesting zoom session this week about how sound healing and reflexology can combine together - don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner?!

Alongside hands on treatment, tuning forks can be place on specific points to provide vibrational and frequency energy.

I’ll be looking at adding this to my treatment menu, let me know if this is something you’d be interested in.

REFLEXOLOGY personal experience…

Thought I’d share with you a personal post of mine (yes this photo is not very instagrammable). You can see here a large bruised area following my injury - of which was my leg & ankle. However during the time of this photo being taken I was suffering badly with digestive problems also, which is rare for me! I asked my Husband to take a photo of my feet and not to my surprise the bruising was covering my small and large intestines (which made sense to my issues). Reflexology points not only physically manifest through what I feel during your treatment, but visually I can often see what may be happening internally also.

I have been practicing some gentle reflexology (where possible around my scars) and self reiki most days, which is helping with my recovery.

At present I have had to close bookings while I take the time to recover from surgery.

If you wish to join the priority list for an appointment for when I return please message me.

All those bookings who were cancelled will be prioritised first.

At present I’m not sure when this will be, once I have had the go ahead from professionals & I am physically able to, I will contact those on priority list first.
