When you’re hosting an event, capturing content is usually the last thing on your mind, right?
Having someone there to capture:
📸 the key moments
🎤 you doing your thing
🤝 the small things you may not have noticed that made it such a success
allows you to keep telling the story long before it ends, and to promote the next one! It also means you can be fully in the moment.

I have a confession. I write a to do list, even on the weekend.
I write out my plans and the tasks I need to get done in my notes app. Not because my social plans feel like a task, but the things like cleaning, washing and life admin need to get done.
(But surely I can remember them without writing them down?😅)
Tbh I think my brain still needs the dopamine of ticking things off, and I can’t shake the feeling of needing to be productive 24/7.
I’ve noticed that when Saturday morning comes I start thinking about what I can tick off, and starting the day with rest feels uncomfortable. I know. IT SHOULDN’T.
So I’m noticing it. Leaning into it. And starting the weekend lying on the sofa reading my book☕️📚🌼🌳💤

Had the best day capturing content for .ally.talent’s IWD creator panel last week. So many gems shared and left feeling v inspired.
This is a big part of why I love what I do - being creative and capturing moments of connection and shared ideas. Worth the 4am alarm🤪

Every year I say the same thing, but I really do notice a big shift in energy and momentum around this time.
I was on a slow co-work this week with .slow.ceo’s virtual village and every single woman on the call shared a similar feeling - that things are starting to align. New opportunities, ideas, things beginning to fall into place over the last couple of weeks.
It literally gave me goosebumps hearing everyone share this same feeling and how positive & energised it has made them🥹
Thank you Soph for creating this gorgeous space. Highly recommend if you’re a business owner who is searching for community for accountability, sharing ideas & prioritising your wellbeing.
