I have a few appointments throughout November & December. I will only be working a few hours at a time, due to still breastfeeding, but I can able flexible with working later on in the evenings.

When you come in to clinic for an anti wrinkle consultation, dont be too surprised if we start talking about facial muscle movement & dynamic/ static lines which they create.

The diagram above shows clearly how each muscle pulls or moves when activated ⬆️⬇️

Treating certain areas will inhibit muscle movement- flipping the arrow in the opposite direction will determine the effect this will have

For example treating the forehead ONLY there will be nothing pulling upwards on the eyebrows, which can leave you with a feeling of heaviness or ‘flat brows’. Which is why we often recommend treating between the eyebrows and forehead simultaneously to maintain muscle balance and harmony 🤎✨

❌NEW NMC GUIDELINES❌

As of the 1st June 2025, the NMC have enforced that face to face consultations are now essential before any prescription can be issued for aesthetic treatments such as: Anti Wrinkle injections and any other prescription only medication.

This is a huge step forward for the aesthetics industry 🙌🏻
With these new guidelines this now means:

✨No remote prescribing for new clients
✨Full in person clinical assessments

As an ethical practitioner this is already standard practice at Violet Aesthetics. So my clients won’t notice any difference!

Client safety is my top priority always 🤎✨

As a little side note, if there is anyone being offered same day appointments for prescription only treatments.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE run for the hills 🚩🚩
