SUMMER SESSIONS
It's nearly here! Only 2 weeks left now until the children break up for summer, and I operate reduced hours in the cabin. I'm still going to be available for easing of your aches and pains, and helping you relax and find some peace...but only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings!! So get yourself booked in if you'd like, all sessions are live on the online booking portal. Please also note that I am not taking any new clients on during these summer sessions, because I'm prioritising my loyal existing clients, just for now. If you've not yet been to see me and would like to, you'll be able to book from 7th September when my hours go back to normal. Looking forward to a wonderful summer full of fun and balance...

I love whipping out my text books, training notes and diagrams in sessions with clients..! Nothing beats a good diagram to illustrate what I’m talking about, and once you know what’s likely going on, you can take steps to help yourself feel a bit better. I love my job! 💖

Morning Admin, again..! So much goes on behind the scenes, it’s a huge mission…especially when it’s not running smoothly! Trying to iron out the kinks in the backend of my booking system, when I’d much rather be ironing out the kinks in my clients muscles! Or, working on a couple of new ideas I’ve got running through my brain. But essential admin it is…. 😭
