It's not just the fine lines I want you to notice… it's the skin itself.
Just 5 days after my lovely client's first polynucleotide treatment, and I'm really pleased with how her under-eyes are looking!
Take a closer look at the skin beneath her eyes. In the after photos, the fine lines appear softer, the crepey texture looks smoother and the skin appears more hydrated.
This is why I love polynucleotides. We're not adding volume or changing how someone looks, we're working on improving the quality of their own skin.
And this is only session 1 of her course of 3!
It's still early days, but I'm looking forward to seeing how her skin progresses.
Real skin. Real texture. No filters.
Individual results vary. Lighting and hydration can also affect how skin appears in photos.

Sometimes I look at where I am now and think… how on earth did I get here? 😂🤍
I don't think I've ever been someone who's had it all figured out. I've doubted myself more times than I can count, worried about making the wrong decisions and wondered whether I'm actually capable of doing everything I've set out to do.
And if I'm being completely real, I still have those days.
There are days I feel like I'm smashing it, and others where I feel like I'm juggling a hundred things and not doing any of them particularly well. 🙈
But when I think about the woman I was a couple of years ago, I realise just how much has changed.
I've pushed myself to do things that genuinely scared me. I've invested in myself when it would have been easier to play it safe. I've made mistakes, learnt from them and kept going.
And somewhere along the way, I've built a little business that I'm incredibly proud of.
I'm not where I want to be yet. I've still got so many plans, ideas and things I want to achieve.
But I'm starting to realise that I don't always have to be chasing the next thing.
Because the woman I am today is living a life that the woman I was a few years ago was scared to even try for.
And that means something.
Not because everything has worked out perfectly. Not because I've suddenly got all the answers.
But because there were so many moments when I could have talked myself out of trying.
And I didn't.
So here's to the women who are building something, changing their lives, starting over or simply trying to become a little braver than they were yesterday.
One day, you'll look back and realise that the woman you were waiting to become was the woman who finally decided to believe in herself.
And I'm bloody proud that I gave myself that chance. 🤍

You are not too old. You haven’t missed your chance. And you are definitely not too late. 🤍
I didn’t have everything figured out.
I didn’t start with a huge budget, a perfect plan or complete confidence that it would all work.
I just knew I wanted more for myself.
So I started.
And then I kept going through the self-doubt, the mum guilt, the exhaustion, the quiet weeks, the mistakes, the worry about money and all the times I wondered what on earth I was doing 😂
Little by little, I built something that a couple of years ago existed only as an idea in my head.
And I’m still building it.
I’m still learning. Still investing in myself. Still pushing myself outside my comfort zone. Still dreaming bigger.
So if you’re a woman looking at everyone else thinking, “I should be further ahead by now”…
Please remember:
You don’t need to have your whole life figured out.
You just need to be brave enough to start the next bit. 🤍
And sometimes the version of you you’re trying to become is already being created in all those little things you’re doing that nobody else sees.
Keep going. x

Being a non-medic in aesthetics doesn’t mean I get to take safety any less seriously. If anything, it makes me even more determined to invest in doing this properly. 🤍
There’s a huge conversation around medical vs non-medical practitioners in aesthetics, and rather than getting caught up in the debate, I’d rather show you what I’m doing about it.
I’m a non-medic. I’m not embarrassed by that, and I’ll never pretend to be something I’m not.
What I will do is invest my time, money and effort into becoming the safest, most knowledgeable and responsible practitioner I can be.
This week I officially added the following qualifications to my portfolio:
🎓 Level 3 Basic Life Support & Management of Anaphylaxis in Clinical Practice
🎓 Level 5 Needlestick Injury, Infection Prevention & Control
Are they the glamorous side of aesthetics? No.
Will they get as much attention as a gorgeous set of lips? Probably not.
But this is the stuff that really matters.
Because aesthetics isn't just knowing where to put filler or creating a beautiful result. It's understanding risk, infection control, complications, emergencies and knowing how to respond when something isn't right.
If you're trusting me with your face, skin or body, I take that responsibility incredibly seriously.
And this isn't where my education stops.
I’ll continue investing in higher-level qualifications, advanced training and clinical safety as I progress further into aesthetics and grow SKIN STUDIO.
Beautiful results are important.
But getting you home safely will always be more important. 🤍

This is what 2 years of NOT chasing quick fixes looks like!!
No miracle product.
No one treatment that suddenly transformed my skin.
And definitely no 10-step skincare routine.
Just better choices, good-quality treatments and consistency.
These photos are two years apart, and looking back at the first one has made me realise just how much my skin has changed.
Over the last two years, I’ve really learnt what my skin needs. I’ve simplified my skincare rather than having a cupboard full of products, I’ve been consistent with microneedling to work on my overall skin quality and texture, used peels when my skin has needed a refresh, and introduced skin boosters for that extra hydration and glow.
Nothing excessive. Nothing for the sake of it.
Just small, consistent choices over time and I think these photos really show what that can do.
You don't need every new product that launches or a different treatment every month. You need the right things for YOUR skin, a realistic plan and enough patience to let them work.
The first photo was me 2 years ago.
The second is my skin now.
Still real skin. Still pores, texture and imperfections but healthier, brighter and a skin journey I'm genuinely proud of. 🖤
Consistency will beat the latest trend every single time.
And if you're looking at your own skin thinking “I don't even know where to start”, drop me a message. We can have a chat about your skin, what you'd like to improve and put together a simple plan that actually makes sense for you....no pressure and no unnecessary treatments. 🤍
