Hi everyone 🤍 I wanted to share a lovely evening I’ll be holding locally at Fulford Social Hall.

On Friday 24th September, I’ll be holding Sacred Circle – Release & Receive, a relaxed and intimate Holy Fire® Reiki meditation evening.

This is an opportunity to take an hour completely for yourself – to slow down, switch off and enjoy deep rest, guided meditation and gentle Reiki healing energy. ✨

You don’t need any previous experience of Reiki or meditation to join us. The evening is open to everyone – simply come as you are.

new chapter begins… 🤍

I’ve been quietly working on something that brings together so many parts of my journey, and I’m finally ready to share it.

Introducing The Sacred Academy.

After more than 20 years in healthcare, moving into aesthetics and, more recently, developing the holistic side of my practice, creating The Sacred Academy feels like a very natural next step.

I wanted to create somewhere I could teach what I’ve learnt, share my experience, and support other practitioners in a way that feels personal and genuinely useful.

A space for learning, development and continued support — whether your path is clinical, holistic, or you’re interested in exploring how the two can sit alongside one another.

And importantly, I want The Sacred Academy to grow with the people who learn with me.

I want to know what you’d like to learn, where you’d like more confidence and what training would genuinely support you in your practice.

We’ll be starting with in-person Usui & Holy Fire® Reiki training, with aesthetics education, in-person training and online learning opportunities developing over the coming months.

You’ll be able to learn Reiki and aesthetics independently, or explore how Reiki can be incorporated alongside aesthetics — particularly when creating a calmer treatment experience and supporting nervous or anxious clients.

Full course information, including content, duration, certification/qualification, dates and pricing, will be available through the Sacred Aesthetics online booking system.

Courses launch Monday 17th August. 🌙
