Rituals of Relaxation on Friday, 25th September.

Honestly, I am so excited about this mini retreat as I know it’s going to be a soothing morning with lots of relaxation, me time, self care, good conversations, like minded people, laughter and much more; all in a safe and comfortable space.

I did a car boot sale yesterday!

It was lovely. The weather was very kind to us and, yes, we sold more than we had hoped we would.

But the best thing about the whole morning was the little conversations we had with the people coming to our stall.

A bit of small talk. A bit of explaining why they were keen on a particular item. A girl who told us she would get told off by her mum for buying another small bowl. A woman telling us how to use a washing-up bowl to make a wreath. And many more.

So many people had a story to share, and I loved it.

People actually spoke to each other!!!

And I am telling you all of this as a little reminder that when you book in to see me, you can talk to me as much or as little as you like, and feel comfortable with that.

It is always up to you whether you share your thoughts, your worries, your ideas… anything really!

Obviously, when you come for coaching session(s), it does help to be willing to share, but please don’t worry if you are not sure where to start.

I will guide you very gently and trust me, there is no pressure to have all the words ready. We can start wherever feels comfortable for you.

Thoughtful? Yes, indeed!

There is so much going on around us, and none of it seems particularly positive.

It made me think even more about how important it is to work on our attitude, our behaviour and, above all, our kindness.

We are not responsible for other people’s behaviour, but I am 💯 accountable for mine.

Let people live their lives. Let them make their own choices.

But make sure that when you look in the mirror, you are happy with what you see; and I don’t mean the looks. X

Lashful

Hmm, my before photos are sadly so rubbish that they don’t show anything. I thought I could get away with it, but there is zero point in showing you my closed eyes…
