Don’t get me wrong I’ve never really not been happy. I am blessed with my life I know that!

But sometimes self empolyment takes over and boundaries are lost. Life changes daily with two kids and what I thought was working just wasn’t anymore.

I’ve worked really hard to get to where I am so I forget it’s ok to slow down and say No when I’m uncomfortable or overwhelmed.

It’s the summer holidays now so I have taken a few more days off to be with the boys while they still need me.

In every success there is a bar raised. As someone who is literally living my dream I forget that I made it. There is no need to raise the bar unless I want to.

I’m happy, I’m content and I am successful in all I wanted to be.
Don’t get caught up in social media or compare yourself to others, the starting line was different for everyone and so is the finish line.
Remember where you came from because this little girl never thought her dreams would come true. 💖

THANK F* I HAVE A NICE BATHROOM!

This was the worst day in 7 Years of having the salon for me. Brand new client, new experience for her and my backwash pipe explodes mid hair wash - not ideal!

I mean who even puts a stop tap in a hole in the wall 🤷🏽‍♀️

At the end of it all it goes to show sh*t happens and when you are flying solo who comes to help and support really matters.

So grateful for my clients and those who helped me sort the salon and fix it all back up ready to get back to work as soon as possible.

We finally got the after photos of this amazing head of hair (the thickest locks of all) how amazing does she look 🙌🏼🤍🤍🤍

Good because asking for what you want isn’t always easy…..
Explaining the look you’d like is often harder than we realise. I don’t explain a root shadow formula and how 9.16+9.97 and a tiny bit of 7.97 gets you here 😆 so if you find it easier to show me an image I’m here for it!

I will always be super honest and talk you through IF your hair can achieve the look you want in the safest way. 🤍
