Kokrobitey Institute is looking for a reliable, responsible and professional Driver to join our team in Kokrobite, Ghana. 🇬🇭

The Driver will support the Institute with the transportation of staff, guests, artists, residents and workshop participants, including airport transfers, programme-related trips, official errands and other transportation needs. 🛣️

We are looking for someone who is punctual, safety-conscious, familiar with Kokrobite and Accra, and able to work flexibly within a busy creative and residential environment. 🌿

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years’ professional driving experience
🪪 Licence: Valid Ghanaian Driver’s Licence

Kokrobitey Institute is looking for a reliable, organised, and passionate Cook to join our team in Kokrobite, Ghana.

This role involves preparing nutritious meals for staff, residents, workshop participants, artists, researchers, and international guests while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and hospitality.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of cooking experience.
- Can prepare both Ghanaian and continental meals.
- Is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is committed to creating a welcoming dining experience.

Learn directly from master artisans, textile practitioners, and internationally recognised designers while exploring the rich heritage of Ghanaian textiles through studio practice, collaboration, and an exciting cultural exchange.

Neblett founder of Kokrobitey Institute, Bubu Ogisi, founder of IAMISIGO - semi-finalist / LVMH 2026, French textile artist Soline Charrier, Head of the Design and Fashion Studio at the Kokrobitey Institute and Project Lead of the award-winning Esi Sweater Project Esi Otoo, Ghanaian textile artist and author of Journey of West African Textile Traditions Seyram Agbleze, Traditional Kente Expert Mawuli Badu, and other accomplished textile practitioners and artisans from Ghana and beyond. This annual residency brings together makers, designers, artists, researchers, and creatives from around the world for 2 weeks of training and cultural exchange.
