What does it look like when a room full of Ghanaian women decide they are done figuring it out alone?

This. It looks exactly like this.

1st May 2026. Roots to Revenue. CEIBS, East Legon, Accra. A public holiday. A packed room. And women who chose to spend their day investing in their businesses and themselves.

I facilitated, but they brought the magic.

They came with questions they had never asked out loud. We soon quickly realized we all had common challenges. They shared things about their businesses they had never told anyone. They sat with strangers and left with people they want to build with. That is not something you plan. That is something a community creates when you give it the right space.

To our partners, thank you for giving us that space and filling it with value.

And to , my logistics hero and the person who will probably tell me off for writing this. 😄 All the late night printing failures (inside joke).

You are the reason this day ran smoothly. You handled everything nobody sees so that everyone could experience everything they felt. That is a gift. And I am so grateful it is yours.
