Most people think a nighttime routine starts just before getting into bed.
It actually starts with light.
As the evening gets darker, your brain receives an important signal: it's time to transition from "day mode" to "night mode."
Reducing bright artificial light in the evening helps support your natural circadian rhythm and prepares your body for melatonin production.
It doesn't have to be complicated.
Sometimes, simply dimming the lights, avoiding bright screens when possible, and taking a few quiet moments by the window can make a real difference.
Small habits, repeated consistently, are often the most powerful biohacks.
