One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing the generosity of the human spirit.
This beautiful little paper boat, filled with flowers, was made for me today by a patient. Such a simple gift, yet it carried so much meaning.
We often arrive carrying pain, stress, grief or uncertainty. But underneath it all, the heart still longs to create, to connect and to give.
Sometimes the simplest gifts come from the biggest hearts. 💗🌸⛵

This week’s Full Moon seemed to illuminate where we are out of balance in our lives.
For some, it highlighted where stubbornness was keeping them stuck.
For others, it revealed old beliefs that stillness is laziness, when in reality stillness can be one of the most productive and healing things we do.
For some, it was the realization that they no longer need to make themselves smaller in order to fit in or make others comfortable.
What I witnessed this week was beautiful.
I saw tears turn into smiles.
I saw heaviness soften into relief.
I saw people reconnect with joy, clarity, and themselves.
This work is never just about relieving aches and pains.
It’s about creating harmony within.
Because when we create harmony within ourselves, our relationships, our choices, and our lives begin to reflect that harmony too.
Sometimes all it takes is a little support, a safe space, and a willingness to listen to what your body, mind, and heart have been trying to tell you all along.
