Being in the race village this morning braiding hair, adding glitter, and cheering on every single runner from the 2 km kids to the 17 km trail crushers, was pure joy.

While the amazing women were dominating the trails, the Glow team was on duty making sure the kids, dads, and runners were styled, braided, and sparkling for the finish line.

*Salon Receptionist (Full-Time)*
Glow Salon – Central, Hong Kong
Glow Salon is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionists to join our team in Central.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and keeping our busy salon running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Warmly greet clients upon arrival and manage the client lounge and beverage service.
• Handle appointment bookings and client inquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Coordinate client timing and liaise directly with our hairdressers and therapists.
• Manage POS systems, process payments (cash/card), and handle daily payment reconciliations and petty cash.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked front-of-house area.
• Oversee deliveries, mail, online orders, and coordinate with service technicians as needed.
• Work closely with the salon owners to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and/or Cantonese.
• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer-facing hospitality/retail environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using messaging platforms and social media.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with clients.
• Full-Time Schedule: 45 hours per week (including lunch breaks), working Saturdays with two days off.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: Commensurate with experience
