Q1. I am athletic; why should I take supplements?

Q2. I am young and healthy: why should I take a multivitamin or other supplements?

Q4. Why should I take calcium?
Everyone needs calcium. Practically no one ingests enough calcium in their daily diet. Besides being helpful in supporting and maintaining bone integrity, calcium serves a dynamic role as a mineral. Time is money, so when you stop working, the money stops. So at retirement age, you need a substantial amount of capital to continue having money to live on. Interest rates are very low these days, so eventually your money may run out.

What you need is an ANNUITY - which is a perpetual income based on a previous investment, insurance policy etc, But these take a lot of initial capital to setup.
