This is probably my most vulnerable share yet… but if it helps even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it 🤍

It’s official: I’m starting my HRT journey under the guidance of my GP.

I’ve had my blood tests done, and honestly, I’m nervous. I’m sharing something I’m still figuring out myself, but I haven’t felt like me lately, and I know I need help and support.

If you’re feeling the same, you’re not alone. You deserve to be heard and to talk through what’s happening with your GP.

This is my experience, not medical advice. I’m hopeful HRT will help, alongside looking after my sleep, food, movement and getting outdoors. For me, it’s about the whole picture.
