Today is World Heart Day ❤️
This year’s theme is “Heart Disease Can Hide in Plain Sight: Don’t Miss a Beat.”
High blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.
This World Heart Day, the Irish Heart Foundation encourages everyone to know their numbers and take an important step towards protecting their heart health.
If you don’t know your numbers, consider booking an appointment with your healthcare provider to get them checked.
Don’t miss a beat. Know your numbers. ❤️
