Today was a funny old day.

It reminded me how important it is to hold onto the beliefs that keep us grounded when life throws unexpected moments our way.

And sometimes… we realise we’ve outgrown an old belief and it’s time to choose a new one.

A butterfly doesn’t suddenly appear fully formed…
