things I find chic as a lash business owner:
starting from zero, with whatever you’ve got, no waiting around, no excuses, so chic.
extra chic points if you use a kitchen stool, a random lamp and your bed🤌🏽
because why should you want less for yourself? boring🥱
I mean do we ever feel “ready”
because who actually does have it all figured out?
being a creator > being a consumer
to start over, start again, learn something new, chic🤌🏽
Why I took mega volume off my list..
I took mega volume off my list completely, I used to want to offer everyone whatever they wanted
But I realised in order to become a specialist I have to niche down. I had to focus on what I wanted to be known for which was enhancing eye features, not overpowering them. Lashes that actually make your eyes pop, not hide them
Now every set I create is designed to compliment someone’s features through a proper (not overcomplicated) eye analysis
The goal isn’t always more lashes, it’s the right lashes.
That’s when your work becomes recognisable. That’s when clients stop asking for a style and start asking for YOU🖤

Celebrating 10 years of Ava Lashes🥹
On the 27th of July 2016, I took my very first lash course, and I’ve never looked back✨
